Community. Capability. Accountability.

Helping ordinary men become stronger in body, steadier in mind and more capable in everyday life.

What is Hold The Line?

Hold The Line exists to help ordinary men become more capable.

Through community, functional coaching and honest conversation, we help men build the strength physically and mentally they need for everyday life.

Not perfection.

Not performance.

Just becoming the man your family already believes you can be.

Who you’ll be working with.

I’m Jimmy Ryan, a former car mechanic, husband, dad and competitive strongman.

I started training as an ordinary dad looking for strength, structure and a way forward mentally. That journey took me into strongman and on to open-level competition wins.

That experience informs my coaching, but your journey doesn’t need to look like mine. We start with your goals, your starting point and what fits your real life.
